我一直以为内战胜率不高是由于我操作的原因，其实问题还是在卡组

一回战环境下，技抽+斥候的确是个imba的组合。但是内战之中，这2样东西只会成为累赘

我希望能有个一锤定音的东西

或者不玩，或者好好玩

看着2个月前的还在审核的日志，要我说什么好呢？

大巴越来越不靠谱，得换个地方了。

OCG等12月份再研究吧。

由于戒DOTA了，于是晚上就玩了会CS来打发时间。

进了一个房间，房主很犀利。各种穿墙，意识也很好，比其他人强了一个档次吧。

我是对方的。打着打着我们队有人觉得房主作弊，然后骂了一句就退了，很多人跟着退。后来对方的人也差不多退光了，只剩我和他2个人。

我：ni zhen de kai gua le ma?

房主：ni xin?

我：haha

然后就这样又和他玩了很久。后来又有人来了，他就和我一边，教我打。我很不好意思，因为我总扮演着拖后腿的角色。他一般都1V2，或1V3。有时候他先死了，那么我们队也差不多就输了。看他的第一视角真的很犀利，枪法很准，预判也很到位。其实哪有那么多人作弊呀，都是某些人实力不济而找的借口罢了。

玩到11点半，我也走了。真希望以后在游戏中能遇到更多像这样的好心人。

如果以后还能碰到的话，我绝对不会拒绝你加QQ的邀请了。

因渣彪的介绍，我去体验了下MYOCG。

没有同调和超量的环境感觉温柔多了。

刚进去有一副新手卡组和260点DP；散卡是靠DP购买的，价格各不相同。后来才知道有些强力的卡片要靠积分才能兑换。

而那卡组是一副接近于一刀流的卡堆，索加，黑炎龙，迅捷鼯鼠都放到了一块。既然环境不怎么恶劣，那就组副黑炎龙卡组好了。谁叫我在SOD-TLM这段时间退出了呢- -b

于是买了一些卡，又在回收站卖掉一些用不到的，卡组就差不多成型了。

这个环境下光道应该是主流。接下来的决斗也证实了我的猜想。第一个是个ID高亮的人，应该是战队的或是人民币玩家吧。没同调的光道rush能力弱不少，和他打了2场，一胜一负。后来又遇到个武装龙和力量结合电子龙的。4场下来3胜1负。除了对方有神警让我略囧之外，别的还是在掌控之中的。不过神警在这个环境下未必能比奈落好一大截。

A Brief Introduction to the Jury System

In countries using Anglo-American Legal System, there is a judicial system called the jury system.

"I consider Trial by Jury as the only anchor yet imagined by man, by which a government can be held to the principles of its constitution."

This guy, Thomas Jefferson is a prominent person. The solid foundation of America today is built by dozens of thinkers. Among them, Thomas Jefferson is no doubt the core character.

(There is another saying that Thomas Jefferson considers the jury system more important than the famous "checks and balances". But this is just proofless, so you decide whether to believe it or not.)

So, how does such a significant system work?

Actually, it’s brief to explain. In the adjudgment of severe criminal offences (among which murders are of most classic), whether the defendant is culpable is not decided by the judge, but the jury. Now some of you may ask, what does the judge do then?

The answer is, the judge is somewhat a watcher, seeing if the accuser and defendant, as well as the jury obey the rules in the process of the adjudgment. If they do, the judges just sit there, doing nothing.

However, once the defendant is accused of guilt, it is now the judge’s turn to decide how many years he or she should be sentenced to the jail, because the jury actually doesn’t have much knowledge on law.

Now you may have such a doubt. If the jury knows little about the law, how is it formed? Why someone who knows little about the law has the authority to decide the future of the defendant?

The answer is, normally, the members of the jury are 12 passersby on the streets. In other words, they are chosen at random. (It’s said that Americans prefer picking up names from the yellow page^_^)

Then these 12 lucky dogs chosen at random will be taken into the court. Through the trial, they are always exhausted after so many accusals, evidences given by both sides.

After all these have done, the 12 lucky dogs are locked in one room. Their mission is to judge whether the defendant is guilty, through witness’s testimony, evidences obtained by both sides, etc. They are informed to reach an agreement. That is to say, no matter whether the defendant is culpable or not, there must be an agreement. If there is a different voice…

Judge: Ladies and gentlemen, you don’t have to go home sleeping tonight, the court will provide you with free dinner and sleeping bags. You may keep on discussing until you’ve reached an agreement.

(Well, it’s just kidding ~~ In fact, they just have to move on the next day. But it’s true that once the agreement is not reached, the discussing won’t stop.)

Now, if you know what if the 12 people can never reach an agreement, I would like to tell you that the court will look for another jury formed by 12 people. Again, exhausted after so many accusals, evidences given by both sides.

Technically, the cycle keeps on if there isn’t an agreement reached-_-b

Anyway, this rarely happen, in most cases the jury can reach an agreement within a short period of time.

Doesn’t it really matter when the 12 of the jury who know little about the laws are in the charge of the adjudgment?

Here I have to clarify and stress one thing. These 12 people are not here for the "adjudgment", but only "cognizance the fact".

Take murder as an example. Before the court session, the judge will tell the jury to form an estimate by the evidences both sides hold. The defendant don’t have to prove something, the only responsibility is whether the evidences and claims given by the accuser are effective.

Once the jury has decided that the case itself has some "reasonable doubts" and the accuser cannot give a reasonable explanation, they have to deliver the verdict of defendant’s innocent.

Even if there is only one "reasonable doubt", the defendant can be declared innocent. Everyone can go home right away~

Now, curious as you guys, you may have one more question: "What? Isn’t it good for the defendant, and let pass many bad guys?"

Yeah, the spirit of this judicial system is to never kill a wrong person. As the old saying goes, would rather let pass a thousand, never kill one by mistake. This is quite different from some other countries.

So the judicial system cannot guarantee that every murderer gets what he or she deserves. One example is the famous Simpson Case. Everyone on the earth knew he killed, but the counsel for the defence provide a reasonable doubt, so the guy was declared innocent.

After the case, the journalist interviewed many American people with 2 main questions.

1. Do you think Simpson kills his wife and another man?
Most of Americans interviewed think he did.

2. Do you think Simpson have received fair adjudgment?
Most of the answers were yes.

So, why a fair adjudgment cannot send a murderer into the prison? You give me an answer~

The experience of Simpson afterwards is dramatic, but I won’t talk about it here. If you are interested, you can Google it. 

V高达看的我好难受...

心里像塞了块石头似的。

我知道V高达有温暖的情节...我知道，可是...

不想回忆起来，心情太憋屈了。当时的富野真是郁病在身，搞的作品这么死气沉沉。虽然的确是把战争的惨痛和人心险恶表露的一觅无遗，也的确让人知道战争有多么愚蠢。可是、可是...沉重的气氛简直压的人喘不过气。

想到伍索只有13岁...

老天爷啊，伍索遇到那种情况居然还没发狂，这小孩到底有多坚强...

黑富野实在是太劲了...整个作品都是那种让你哭不出来的哀痛。

最后的决战也算是高达史中最惨烈的。

老人们驾驶着林佛斯冲向赞斯卡尔的舰队群，实在太震撼了。

最后那一幕的雪景实也在让人感慨万千。

2003年上半年-六年级毕业时，向同学以10元得价格买了一叠盗版卡，302中的卡占多数。这也是我第一次接触游戏王卡片。

2003年下半年-没考上效实，于是就进了七中。碰到了周磊——第一个指导我玩卡的人（现在回想起来他蛮弱的，经常口胡效果，但毕竟是他让我知道了实卡的规则，所以还是要感谢他），然后发现他的卡和一般的卡质量不一样，是20块一盒铁盒中拆出来的，于是就把这种卡当做了”正版“。

2004年上半年-在我家附近的“东新电玩”实现了我第一次抽包。抽的卡包是308，抽到了回膛手枪龙。几天后，买了包PP6，并发现了有铁盒。于是攒了一个月的零花钱买了只，里面有混沌帝龙。然后发现日文卡才是正版卡。初一学年结束后，我成绩不错，于是父母就奖励了一套游戏王漫画，熬夜看完，这也是我第一次通宵。

2004年下半年-打球，没管OCG。

2005年上半年-打球，没管OCG。

2006年上半年-有了第一套实卡卡组，机械杂卡。

2006年下半年-中考失利，去了宁外。心灰意冷，于是将近一年没碰卡。

2007年上半年-打球，War3，DotA。没管OCG。

2007年下半年-到效实本部读书。文理分班后，和班级第一陆矢超做同桌。没想到他也喜欢游戏王，于是又拿起了以前的卡片。12月份SD14出世。买了3盒后组了次元帝，总算有了一副符合时代的卡组。

2008年上半年-快暑假时总算收了混黑。于是完成了黄泉帝。但是帝已经被时代淘汰了。

2008年暑假-无意中搜到宁波游戏王群，遂加入。成立二号桥党，成员有：我，老潘，小白，老和。

2008年下半年-高三开始了，放弃OCG一段时间，专攻学业。

2009年上半年-寒假了又要重新熟悉环境。并且我以较低的价格收到了轰炸机这张imbalance的卡。小白告诉我他们终于找到宁波游戏王的正规群体了——现代决斗者研究会，于是带着我去参加第一次聚会。聚会时用暗同调，一下午未尝败绩。

2009年下半年-高考前2个月，喜欢在放学路上和朋友玩两局。高考顺利进了一本，完全在自己掌握之中。暑假时有了点零花钱，于是就开始收卡。BF，植物，光道，龙各收了一套。在我不知情的情况下二号桥党和现决研合并。上大学后又有一段时间没玩卡。

2010年上半年-寒假回宁波，期间应该没收任何卡。就玩玩去年十一收的魔轰和没有任何改动的光道。很少参加聚会。

2010年下半年-五一的时候什么都结束了。一切都回到了以前的样子。暑假回来时又拿出了一段时间适应环境，毕竟好久没玩了。遇到了以前的校友朱珈振，现在也是很要好的朋友。当时他用的是永火吧。SD19发售后龙骑也成了大热卡组，然后自己也组了一副。那时候小标枪的调整已经改了，但是和军团一起的去除能力还是颇好的。

2011年上半年-寒假，用半年前的龙骑参加聚会，负多胜少。每次回都是带着半年的环境空白，操作上也有了很大的退步。于是退出了宁波群，和蓝洛群中的那些朋友专心研究OCG。

使用过的卡组

2006年上半年：机械，战士，魔使
2007年下半年：次元帝
2008年下半年：黄泉帝，不死
2009年上半年：不死，暗同调
2009年下半年：SDL，BF，仪式同调融合龙，变形斗士，植物，光道

2011年下半年：龙骑，速攻废品二重身，废铁，黄昏，龙，龙骑，机巧

预备的卡组有：

旋风BF，废铁，龙骑，黄昏，(纯)机巧

前2副注重beat，后2副是爆发向的

旋风BF：31之后依然稳定：side易换，小怪能力强，GBA大面积换卡。但是已经没有了31前王者的态势了。月影的限制使BF的打点降低，这点在对65时特别明显。

(纯)废铁：同样是beat，但相比BF而言，小怪弱，赚卡难度更大，依赖通招；残局时废铁龙是最大的杀器。最近有看到废铁TG上位，有空时要去研究研究。

龙骑：beat和爆发兼有，不过也依赖通招，而且依赖场地和墓地的小龙。

黄昏：比较喜欢的卡组，主要是喜欢它的换坑能力。不过依赖墓地，而且在对手回合防御很弱，打不过速度比它高的卡组。容易被打的没LP支付裁决的效果或者被一波带走。碰到次元系的就果断GG吧。

(纯)机巧：展开华丽，出来的白怪也很强。如果一波推不死也能出自然众lock。展开比较依赖小町(这点好解决，机巧的检索还是蛮多的)，小怪弱。还有就是机械族通病：怕电子龙。

好卡啊...导游，幻象老是卡手。

好好想想办法，不知把幻象去掉会如何。
